Home Medication Review

Our community pharmacist offers Home Medication Reviews for those patients who are on multiple medications and need some further advice. Your doctor will refer you for this service. Depending on Covid-19 restrictions this will be done in the home or by telephone with the pharmacist. A followup appointment with your usual doctor is then required. This service will be bulk billed.
