“Unfortunately, my practice demands for existing patients have been so great that I have been forced to temporarily shut my books to new patients from July 2025.

I will likely reopen my books early 2026. When I do, I will have to prioritise patients with autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.”

Joy Gailer

Clinical Pharmacist & Clinical Hypnotherapist

Joy is an experienced clinical pharmacist who has been with Chandlers Hill Surgery since 2014. She has a passion for assisting people make wise, informed choices to achieve their health goals, with a focus on quality use of medicines and behaviour change.

Joy is also a clinical hypnotherapist, utilising evidence based, contemporary hypnosis techniques to enable people achieve the changes they desire.

Dr Steph Daly

Specialist GP

Dr Stephanie Daly is a UK-trained GP with a long-standing interest in dementia care and advocacy. Since moving to Adelaide in 2018, she’s been working to improve access to timely, compassionate cognitive health support — and is the founder of Sensus Cognition. Stephanie studied medicine at Warwick University before completing her GP training in 2011. She later became a clinician at an NHS Memory Clinic in Sussex, where she worked with people navigating changes in thinking and memory from across the region. Stephanie continues to practice as a GP while also focusing on dementia education, diagnosis, and care. She works closely with other professionals across general practice, community nursing, allied health, and geriatrics.

Regular Working Days: Monday PM and Thursdays

Dr Rob Buckley

Sports Physician

Dr Robert Buckley is a Sports Physician with a passion for sports medicine. He holds a Bachelor of Medicine /Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Notre Dame, which he completed in 2009. Rob became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2015, during which time he undertook an elective in sports medicine and thoroughly enjoyed it. In 2019, Robert started the Australian Sports and Exercise Physician Training programme.

Regular Working Days: Wednesday Afternoons.
