Home Medication Review

Our clinical pharmacist offers Home Medication Reviews for those patients who are on multiple medications and need some further advice. Your doctor will refer you for this service. Generally, this will be done in the home with the pharmacist. A follow-up appointment with your usual doctor is then required. This service will be bulk billed.
